Current server names are not verified here. This is a preparation checklist, not a current server directory. Use the official selection screen for the server names and options available to your region.
Two decisions to make together
A server choice and a character name can be easy to discuss separately and confusing to coordinate at the last moment. Before you make a selection, write down the exact server name your group intends to choose and the character names you want to try. Check both in the official interface.
This tool can help with the character-name shortlist. It cannot select a server, check capacity or reserve a name. A favorite saved here remains an idea in your browser until you use the official game service.
Agree on a server with your group
- Confirm the same region and service. Use the current official selection screen as the shared reference. Do not assume that a server shown in someone else's region is available to you.
- Copy the displayed server name. Share the exact spelling with your group instead of an abbreviated nickname. A similar-looking name can be easy to mistake for the one you intended.
- Choose a fallback together. If the official service does not let you select the first choice, agree on the next option before anyone proceeds alone.
- Check the rules shown in that service. Confirm faction choices and any selection restrictions there. This page does not invent capacity, transfer or name-uniqueness rules.
Prepare several character-name alternatives
Use the Aion 2 name generator to make a batch for your preferred faction. Save names with different rhythms and spellings, then export the shortlist. A group can compare its choices without anyone having to create an account on this tool.
Keep the actual character name separate from the optional epithet. Copy name copies only the Latin-letter name; Copy with epithets includes a creative label for a note or profile. The game screen may have different restrictions, so test the name by itself.
Write one selection note your group can share
Keep the region and server spelling at the top of a shared note, followed by each player's faction, class and preferred character names. Add a fallback server choice and a second name for each person. Copy the actual server labels from the official screen; this tool does not provide a server-name list.
Mark every character name as an idea until the official service confirms your selection. A star in this generator only means that the name was saved in this browser. An exported shortlist is a text record, not a reservation receipt.
If you share a shortlist, include the character names separately from their creative epithets. Use Copy names for a plain list. In the Saved view, Export saved includes the full saved shortlist, even if your search filter currently hides some entries.
What to confirm in the reservation screen
| Question | Where to confirm it |
|---|---|
| Is this the intended server and region? | The current official server selector |
| Is the character name available? | The official naming or reservation screen |
| Which characters and lengths are allowed? | The current naming-field instructions |
| Can a reservation or name be changed later? | The current official terms and notices |
An official character-name length limit and detailed reservation or rename rules are not available in the supplied information. We leave those questions open instead of guessing a number or a policy.
If your first choice is rejected
Read the reason shown by the official service before changing the name. A message about unavailable names calls for a different shortlist entry; a message about permitted characters or length calls for checking the field instructions. Do not assume that every rejection means another player has taken the name.
You can shorten an idea or adjust a syllable in your own notes, then test it again in the official screen. The Short setting in this generator changes the creative syllable count and does not guarantee that a result fits an official maximum. Keep the original as a saved favorite if you still want to compare it.
Keep a record of the official result
A generated or saved name is not proof of a reservation. Follow the confirmation shown by the official service and keep the relevant details for yourself. If a selection fails, use your alternatives and check the current instructions before retrying.
For naming inspiration, browse original name ideas. For a different character feel, explore class and role naming styles. Both lead back to the same generator, so your shortlist stays in one place.
